Tracey was wonderful, I had very very thick and long matted hair. I was not even sure of what i wanted other than to get it thinned, Tracey made sure She knew what I wanted before starting. And when i mean matted i mean matted, hadn't had a haircut in two years, she brushed out the hair for an hour straight before it was even able to get cut. Being autistic it is hard to find place understanding and able to communicate, Tracey went above and beyond, I wouldn't of wanted to be the one to have to do what Tracey did, but she had a smile on her face the whole time, highly recommend, staff and manager were nice as well. Ended up getting layers, hair has never felt better.

First off- Todd who runs this location is AMAZING! I can always count on him to answer the phones and get our family scheduled when we need it. The salon is always immaculate and there is always complimentary coffee and water. The staff are friendly and very talented in their crafts. Abby is awesome for cuts and Ashley does great work with perms! I highly recommend this location.

THANKFUL FOR RORI!!!! Every time I see Rori she knows exactly how to cut my hair. I have many collics on my head in the back and on the front of my head that are very hard to deal with. Rori handles them with no issue. Her service is excellent and am always pleased with her experience. She’s been cutting my hair for months now and never fails to always do excellent work. Everytime I see Rori she always creates a welcoming experience and always does my favorite part which is the hot towel at the end of the neck shave. She always remembers too! When I go to Fantastic Sams, Rori treats me like family and that’s all anyone can ask for. 10/10
